For appointments and more information call the Community Health Center at (209) 966-3689. Sports physicals are available on Mondays , from 8:30 to 11:00am, and 1:00 to 2:00pm. And on the fourth Wednesday of the month, from 8:30am to 12:00pm, and 1:00 to 2:00pm. Vaccine clinics are available on Tuesdays , from 8:30am to 12:00pm, and 1:00 to 4:00pm.
